AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE
BUDGET BY INCREASING REVENUES AND INCREASING APPROPRIATIONS FOR
SEWER CAPITAL PROJECT FUNDS FROM THE SEWER CONSTRUCTION RESERVES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the Sewer
Operating Fund $63,000.00 for Account 64-64-325E Capital Project
Transfers.
Section 2. The Sewer Capital Projects Fund is amended by
increasing revenues $63,000.00 in Account 31-00-392CD Sewer Fund
Transfers.
Section 3. The Sewer Capital Projects Fund is hereby
amended by appropriating $28,000.00 for Account 31-99-511CS
Chestnut Street Interceptor .
Section 4. The Sewer Capital Projects Fund is hereby
amended by increasing appropriations for Account 31-99-511WE
West Edgewood Extension by $35, 000. 00.
Section 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval .
