ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE 10437 OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON PERTAINING TO WATER
CONDITIONING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 10437 of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, is hereby amended by changing Section 1 (a) , the second
full paragraph thereof, by replacing the period at the end of
said paragraph with a comma and adding the following:
"but not including any alteration to any existing drain,
waste or vent system. "
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
