AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF ACACIA ACRES, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREIN DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Jerry J. Green and Robert C. Lale, d/b/a Green &
Lale Land Company, owners of the real estate hereinafter
described and situated iii the City of Jefferson, Missouri, have
submitted to the Council a plat of said real estate, being
located in Jefferson City, County of Cole, Missouri, and more
particularly described as follows :
Part of Outlots Nos . 102 and 103, in the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, more particularly described as
follows :
From the northwesterly corner of Lot No. 1 of Del
Cerra Subdivision, Section 1, per plat of record in
Plat Book 11, Page 11, Cole County Recorder's office;

being 123.02 feet to the beginning point of this
description. Containing 2.04 acres.
SECTION 2. It appears that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivision
known and referred to as Acacia Acres, that all taxes have been
paid, and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter 445,

Revised Statutes of Missouri, and amendments thereto, entitled,
"Plats" , have been fully complied with by the foresaid owners of
said subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements of
the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions , have been complied
with.
SECTION 3. The plat of Acacia Acres, lying, being and
situated within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached and made part
of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the City
Council of the City of Jefferson, and the Mayor and the City
Clerk are authorized and directed to endorse acceptance of said
.plat thereon and to certify to the approval of said plat under
the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of passage and approval.

ACACIA ACRES
Mimosa Lane connects Bald Hill Road with Nelson Driva. The
eastern part of Mimosa Lane is included in the recorded plat of
Del Cerro Subdivision. The land adjacent to the western part of
Mimosa Lane, which is covered by this Acacia Acres plat, has not
been divided into lots .
In the early 19501s , an individual constructed 24 single
family dwellings along the western part of Mimosa Lane. Until
recently, these dwellings have been rental properties with a
common landlord. The current owner is remodeling the dwellings
and plans to sell them as single family dwellings on individual
lots. Before the individual parcels can be sold there must be an
approved, recorded plat.
The Planning and Zoning Commission recommends that this plat
be approved.
