AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE PLAT OF PRIS SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREIN DESCRIBED. WHEREAS, Robert W. Gontram, owner of the real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, County of Cole, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows: Part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 12, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri; being more particularly described as follows: From the Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 12; thence Easterly along the South line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 12, 1098.9 feet; thence N 050 18' 16" E, 1149.0 feet to a point on the Northerly line of Old U.S. Route 50, now Missouri Boulevard; thence Easterly along the Northerly line of said Missouri Boulevard on a curve to- the- right having a radius of 1959.87 feet, a distance of 455.97 feet to the Southwest corner of a tract of land described in Book 159, Page 112, Cole County Recorder's Office, the point of beginning for this description; thence continuing Easterly along the Northerly line of said Missouri Boulevard on a curve to the right having a radius of 1959.87 feet, a distance of 390.60 feet to the East line of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 12; thence N 03° 47 ' 00" W along said East line, 531.02 feet to the Quarter Quarter Section Line; thence N 880 27' 48" E along the Quarter Quarter Section Line, 171.04 feet to the most Easterly corner of the aforementioned tract described in Book 159, Page 112; thence N 650 53 ' 55" W along the Northerly line of said tract, 192.20 feet; thence N 71° 02 ' 07" W along the Northerly line of said tract, 282.85 feet to the Northwest corner of said tract; thence S 050 03 ' 48" W along the Westerly line of said tract described in Book 159, Page 112, 546.07 feet to the point of beginning. Containing in all, 4 .246 acres . -2- WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been duly and properly signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivision known and referred to as Pris Subdivision, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, and amendments thereto, entitled, "Plats" , have been fully complied with by the foresaid owners of said subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions, have been complied with. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The plat of Pris Subdivision, lying, being and situated within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached and made part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson. SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of passage and approval. Gontram, owner. This three-lot commercial subdivision will be served by Rax Court. This short cul-de-sac street will come off the north side of Missouri Boulevard to the east of Rax Restaurant. On-street parking will not be permitted on Rax Court. The plat meets City requirements. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommends it be approved. 2) Request for approval of a Final Plat of Berkshire Estates, Section 1; Gary L. and Joan M. Doerhoff, owners. This 16-lot residential subdivision is located on the west side of Route 179. It conforms to the approved preliminary plat and meets City platting requirements .
