ORDINANCE NO. ��lL
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF BERKSHIRE ESTATES, SECTION 1, A SUBDIVISION
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREIN DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, Gary L. Doerhoff and Joan M. Doerhoff, owners of
the real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council a plat of
said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, County of
Cole, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
The north part of a tract described in Book 282,
Page. 622 of the Cole County Records, being located in
the west half of the northeast quarter of Section 34 ,
Township 45 North, Range 12 West, City of Jefferson,
Cole County, Missouri, said north part described as
follows :
"Beginning" at a point on the west line of said
northeast quarter, said point being 1046. 11 feet north
from the center of said Section 34 ; thence North 03
degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds West, along the quarter
section line, 947.43 feet to the southerly line of a
tract described in Book 278, Page 527; thence easterly
along the southerly line of the tract last mentioned on
the following courses: South 79 degrees 48 minutes 56
seconds East, 137.66 feet; thence South 55 degrees 42
minutes 31 seconds East, 22.98 feet; thence South 84
degrees 46 minutes 50 seconds East, 110.27 feet to the
westerly right-of-way line of Rock Hill Road (Missouri
State Route 179 ) ; thence South along said westerly
right-of-way line on the following courses : South 04
degrees 43 minutes 14 seconds East, on a curve to the
right, said curve having a radius of 1850.06 feet, and
an arc length of 11.25 feet; thence South 04 degrees 32
minutes 47 seconds East, 867 .96 feet; thence leaving
said west right-of-way line South 85 degrees 27 minutes
13 seconds West, 273.18 feet to the quarter section
line and the point of "beginning" , containing 5.58
acres subject to all easements and restrictions of
record.

WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivision
known and referred to as Berkshire Estates , Section 1, that all
taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements
of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, and amendments
thereto, entitled, "Plats" , have been fully complied with by the
foresaid owners of said subdivision, and that in all respects the
requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions, have
been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The plat of Berkshire Estates, Section, 1, lying,
being and situated within the corporate limits of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached
and made part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted
by the City Council of the City of Jefferson.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to
certify to the approval of said plat under the seal of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of passage and approval.
