ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING
SCHEDULE Q OF SECTION 18-401 OF THE CITY CODE, FOUR HOUR PARKING
BY DELETING THE CURRENT SECTION AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF TWO
NEW SECTIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Schedule Q of Section 18-401 of the City Code is
hereby amended deleting the current section and enacting in lieu
thereof two new sections to read as follows:
(a) Between the hours of 7: 30 a.m. and 5: 30 p.m., on any
day except Saturday, Sunday or a legal holiday.
Bolivar Street, on the west side of the 100 block
thereof.
Clay Street, on the east side of the 200 block thereof. .
Clay Street, on both sides of the 300 block thereof.
Main Street, West, south side of the 700 block thereof.
(b) Between the hours of 7: 00 a.m. and 7: 00 p.m. on any day
of the week, holidays included.
State Street, north of the north curb thereof, between
points ninety-five and one hundred eighty feet east of
the extended east curbline of Monroe Street.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval
