ORDINANCE NO.-1 �71
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
SCHEDULE P OF SECTION 18-401 OF THE CITY CODE, TWO HOUR PAtRKING,
BY REPEALING THE RESTRICTION ON THE EAST SIDE OF MULBERRY STREET
BETWEEN MILLER AND ELM AND REPLACING IT ON THE WEST SIDE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Schedule P (c) , of Section 18-401 of the City
Code is hereby amended by adding the following:
Mulberry Street, west side between Miller Street and Elm
Street.
Section 2. Schedule P (c) , of Section 18-401 of the City
Code is further amended by removing the following:
Mulberry Street, east side between Miller Street and Elm
Street.
- Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
