ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON AMENDING THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , PERTAINING TO THE DEFINITION OF
MOTORCYCLE.
Section 1. Section 18-1 of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri is hereby amended by the deletion of the
definition of motorcycle and the insertion in lieu thereof the
following definition:
Motorcycle: Every motor vehicle having a seat or saddle for
the use of the rider and designed to travel on not more than
three ( 3 ) wheels in contact with the ground, but excluding a
tractor or a vehicle which has an enclosure surrounding all
the riders .
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
