ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE MISSOURI
HIGHWAY AND TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION AND MISSOURI PACIFIC
RAILROAD COMPANY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF MODIFIED PREDICTION
TRACK CIRCUITRY AND RELATED COMPONENTS AT DIX ROAD AND RAILROAD
MILEPOST 125.40 .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Jefferson
are ;hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the
Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission and the Missouri
Pacific Railroad Company for the installation of modified
prediction track circuitry and related components at Disc Road and
Railroad Milepost 125.40.
Section 2. The agreement shall be substantially the same in
form and content as Exhibit A attached hereto.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
