I. Elevation to FEMA standards of Well House
a. Review engineering requirements and costs
b. Review potential overall project costs
Old Business:
I. New ADA Sidewalk on Eastside of Butler from 18th Street to 19th Street
a. Lowest responsible bidder – AD Williams
II. Update on Jones Avenue:
a. Thomas and Hutton, Chris Stovall
b. GEFA loan will be used for portion of project and paperwork handled by
Thomas & Hutton
c. Discuss timeline for project
d. Review waterline costs and paving cost
III. Sewer Force Main #6:
a. Thomas and Hutton, Chris Stovall
b. GEFA loan will be used and paperwork handled by Thomas & Hutton
c. Discuss timeline for project
d. Review sewer force main costs
IV. New Drive-by AMR System:
a. All meters are installed
V. TRAILS PROJECT:
a. Project update - Thomas and Hutton, John Giordano
A quorum of city council members may be present which would constitute a meeting.
