AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE
BUDGET BY INCREASING REVENUES AND INCREASING APPROPRIATIONS FOR
STREET CAPITAL PROJECTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY' COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the General
Fund 102,000.00 for Account No. 10-90-325E, Capital Projects
Transfers .
Section 2. The General Fund is hereby amended by decreasing
appropriations for Account No. 10-42-217, Street Lighting by
$102,000. 00.
Section 3. The Streets Capital Project Fund is amended by
increasing revenues $102,000.00 in Account No. 32-00-392CC,
General Fund Transfers.
Section 4. The Street Capital Projects Fund is amended by
increasing appropriations $14,000.00 for Account No. 32-99-501HS,
High Street Bridge.
Section 5. The Street Capita]. Projects Fund is amended by
increasing appropriations $10, 000.00 for Account No. 32-99-
.512BS, Broadway Street Widening.
Section 6. The Street Capital Projects Fund is amended by
increasing appropriations $50,000.00 for Account N0. 32-99•-5I2V,
Vieth Drive.
Section 7. The Street Capital Projects fund is amended by
increasing appropriations $20,000.00 for Account No. 32-99-512S,
Southridge Drive.
Section 8. The Street Capital Projects Fund is amended by
increasing appropriations $8,000.00 for Account No. 32-99-512WM,
West Main Sidewalk.
Section 9. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect: from and after the date of its passage and approval.
