ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE BUDGET BY
INCREASING ESTIMATED REVENUES AND AUTHORIZING SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS
IN THE STREETS CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The GENERAL FUND is hereby amended by decreasing the
appropriations of Account No. 10-42-310, STREET RESURFACING, by $100,000.
Section 2. The GENERAL FUND is hereby amended by increasing the
appropriations of Account No. 10-90-325E, CAPITAL PROJECTS TRANSFERS,
by $100,000.
Section 3. The STREETS CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND is hereby amended by
increasing estimated revenues for Account No. 32-00-392CC, GENERAL FUND
TRANSFERS, by $100,000.
Section 4. The STREETS CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND is hereby amended by
increasing the appropriations of Account No. 32-99-512MC, MCCARTY STREET
IMPROVEMENTS, by $100,000.
Section 5. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.
