SPONSORED BY COUNCILMAN ORDINANCE NO. 01 g 5 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING .88 ACRE OF LAND AT 2820 SOUTH TEN MILE DRIVE FROM RS-1 (SINGLE FAMILY) TO C-0 (OFFICE COMMERCIAL) , WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned from RS-1 (Single Family) to C-0 (Office Commercial) : A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 44 N, Range 12 W, and a part of Lot No. 3, Kenborg Hills, as per Plat of Record, Plat Book 5 , Page 11, Cole County Recorder's Office, situated in the County of Cole, Missouri, being more particularly described as follows : From the northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 44 N, Range 12 W, thence west along the Quarter Quarter Section Line, 673.20 feet, to the northwest corner of the East One Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, thence S 2° 41' 45" W, along the West Line of the East one half of said Quarter Quarter, 271.28 feet, thence S 78° 37 ' 29" W, 2.93 feet, to the Westerly Right-of-way of South Ten Mile Drive connection to U.S. Hwy No. 50 as recorded in Book 184 , Page 398, Cole County Recorder's Office, and the true point of beginning for this description, thence S 41° 02' 35" W, along said Right-of-way, 292.09 feet, to the northerly line of a tract described in Book 114, Page 507, Cole County Recorder's Office, thence N 71° 08' 13" W, along said northerly line, 107.08 feet, thence N 4° 41 ' 45" E, 66.84 feet, to the southeasterly corner of Lot No. 3, Kenborg Hills, Plat Book 5, Page 11, Cole County Recorder's Office, thence N 56° 40' 48" W, along the Southerly line of said Lot, -2- 147.87 feet, to the southwesterly corner of Lot No. 3, thence N V 05' 39" E, along the westerly line of said lot, 2. 36 feet to the southerly Right-of-way of Business Route No. 50, thence in an easterly direction along and with said Right-of-way on the following courses and distances, S 87" 21' 01" E, 126.54 feet, thence N 87° 34 ' 09" E, 100.43 feet, thence N 780 37' 29" E, 188.01 feet, to the point of beginning.
