AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING 1.33 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED AT 2121
EXPRESSVIEW DRIVE FROM RS-2 (SINGLE FAMILY) TO RA-2 (MULTIPLE
rAMILY) ,
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING
CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned
from RS-2 (Single Family) to RA-2 (Multiple Family) :
Part of the Northwest quarter of Section 21,
Township 44 , Range 11, and more particularly described
as .follows: From the southeast corner of said quarter
Section; thence north along the quarter section line,
2.60 chains to the centerline of the County Road;
thence along the centerline of the County Road, North
66 degrees west, 3. 65 chains; thence North 74 degrees
30 minutes west. 5. 96 chains; thence North 64 degrees
30 minutes west, 3.43 chains; thence North 69 degrees
20 minutes west, 3.50 chains; thence North 12 degrees
30 minutes east, 0. 30 of a chain, to the beginning
point of this description; thence North 77 degrees 30
minutes west, 1.75 chains; thence North 12 degrees 30
minutes east, 3.90 chains; thence South 77 degrees 30
minutes east, 1. 75 chains; thence South 69 degrees 20
minutes east, 3. 30 chains; thence South 55 degrees 15
minutes west, 4 .80 chains , to the beginning point of
this description. Bearings are Magnetic. Variation is
North 7 degrees 30 minutes Past. Containing 1.33
acres , more or less.
