ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CLERK TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE FAA GRANT
AGREEMENT FOR AIP PROJECT NO. 3-29-0036-03.
WHEREAS, it has been determined necessary to amend the grant
maximum obligation to accomplish FAA AIP Project No. 3-29-0036-
03.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute Amendment No. 2 the to Grant Agreement for Project No. 3-
29-0036-03 from the FAA, said Grant Amendment No. 2, Project 3-
29-0036-03 to be substantially the same in form and content as
that document attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval. �a

AMENDMENT NUMBER 2 TO GRANT AGREEMENT FOR PROJECT NUMBER 3-29-0036-03
WHEREAS, the Federal Aviation Administration (hereinafter referred to as the
"FAA") has determined it to be in the interest of the United States that the
Grant Agreement between the FAA, acting for and on behalf of the United States ,
and the City of Jefferson City, MO (hereinafter referred to as the
"Sponsor'), accepted by said Sponsor on the 26th day of September ,
1984 , be amended as hereinafter provided, and
NOW THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That in consideration of the benefits to accrue to the parties hereto, the FAA
on behalf of the United States, on the one part, and the Sponsor, on the other
part, do hereby mutually agree that the maximum amount of the obligation of
the United States as set forth in paragraph l of the terms and conditions of
the Grant Agreement between the United States and the Sponsor, accepted by
said Sponsor on the 26th day of September , 1984 , relating to
Jefferson City, Memorial" Airport, Project No.=—0036-03
is hereby increased from $7zt_
9,^246.00 to $824,170.00 , which
consists of:

824,170.00 for development other than land
$ _ 0 - for land acquisition
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Amendment to
said Grant Agreement to be duly executed as of the 18th day of
September 1985

ment constitutes a legal and binding obligation of the Sponsor in accordance with the terms thereof.
