AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
18-156(e) OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
PERTAINING TO METERED PARKING BY LIMITING ENFORCEMENT HOURS NEAR
FEDERALLY OWNED AND OCCUPIED BUILDINGS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 18-156(e) of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the addition of the
following sentence to the end of said section:
Except that the hours of operation of parking meters on any
public street which are located within two hundred (200)
feet of property which is owned and operated by the federal
government or any of its agencies shall be between the hours
of 9: 00 a.m. and 5 :00 p.m. on the days previously set out.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
