RESOLUTION NO. 2013-07-02
REGARDING APPOINTMENT OF A HEARING OFFICER
AS REFERENCED IN C.R.S. 31-11-110 (3)
WHEREAS, the Town of Fraser has received petitions to refer Ordinances 407 and 409
to the electorate; and
WHEREAS, Colorado Revised Statutes 31-11-110 (3) allows for the legislative body to
appoint a hearing officer to hear protests concerning said referendum petitions;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
TOWN OF FRASER, COLORADO THAT:
Georgia Noriyuki is appointed hearing officer for protest hearing concerning referendum
petitions related to Ordinances 407 and 409.
DULY MOVED, SECONDED AND ADOPTED THIS 17`" DAY OF JULY, 2013.
