AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEP'T'ING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF MONTICELLO ACRES, SECTION TWO, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
WHEREAS, Elmer F. Goldammer. and Lorene B. Goldammer, owners
of the real estate hereinafter described, having submitted to the
Council a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson
City, County of Cole, Missouri, and more particularly described
as follows :
Part of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 3, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the
City of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri„ and being
more particularly described as follows:
From the Southwest Corner of said Section 3; thence N
84 ° 54 ' 19" E, along the Section Line, 461 . 51 feet to
the point of beginning of this description; thence
AM continuing N 84° 54 ' 19" E, along said Section Line,
946. 18 feet to the Southeast Corner of the West Half of
the Southwest Quarter of said Section 3; thence N 03°
52 ' 04" 11, along the Quarter Quarter Section Line,
902.89 feet; thence N 760 15' 24" W, 463 .38 feet;
thence S 07° 02 ' 59" W, 172.56 feet; thence S 09° 55 '
20" E, 435.48 feet; thence S 780 54 ' 24" W, 190 .00
feet; thence S 330 06 ' 53" W, 547 .00 feet to the point
of beginning.
Containing in all 13 .47 acres .
WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivision,
known and referred to as Monticello Acres, Section Two, that all
taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements
of Chapter 445 , RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been fully complied
with by the owners of said subdivision, and that in all respects
the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions ,
have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The plat of Monticello Acres , Section Two,
lying, being and situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached

hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to
certify the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This . ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
