AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF LANDWEHR HILLS SUBDIVISION, SECTION 14, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI .
WHEREAS, Landwehr Enterprises, Inc. , John D. Landwehr,
President and Thomas F. Landwehr, Secretary, owner of the real
estate hereinafter described, having submitted to the Council a
plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, County
of Cole, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 16, Township
44 North, Range 11 West, in the City of Jefferson,
County of Cole, Missouri, and being more particularly
described as follows:
From the Southwest Corner of the Southeast Quarter of
said Section 16; thence N 83" 26' 03" E, along the
Southerly Line of Landwehr [tills Subdivision, Section
11, as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 62, Cole County
Recorder's Office, and the Northerly Line of Landwehr
Hills Subdivision, Section 8, as recorded in Plat Book.
9, Page 23, Cole County Recorder's Office, 650.86 feet
to the Southeasterly Corner of said Landwehr Hills
Subdivision, Section 11; thence along the following
courses and distances along part of the Easterly Line
of said Landwehr Hills Subdivision, Section 11, and the
Westerly Line of Landwehr Hills Subdivision, Section
12, as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 174, Cole County
Recorder's Office, N 060 33 ' 57" W, 115 .00 feet; thence
N 830. 26 ' 03" E, 18. 92 feet; thence N 060 33 ' 57" W,
169 . 76 feet; thence N 130 06' 10" W, 118.07 feet;
thence Easterly along a curve to the left having a
radius of 426.01 feet and a distance of 80.92 feet;
thence N 230 59' 08" W, 258.30 feet; thence N 040 28'
54" W, 193.24 feet to the Northwesterly Corner of said
Landwehr Hills Subdivision, Section 12 and POINT OF
BEGINNING of this description; thence along the
following courses and distances along the Northerly
Line of said Landwehr Hills Subdivision, Section 12, N
84" 51 ' 58" E, 334.49 feet; thence N 730 29 ' 33" E,
160.69 feet to the Northeasterly Corner thereof; thence
leaving the Northerly Line of said Landwehr Hills
Subdivision, Section 12, N 030 54 ' 53" W, 524 . 59 feet;

08" W, 344 .00 feet to a point on the Easterly Line of
said Landwehr Hills Subdivision, Section 11; thence S

Hills Subdivision, Section 11, 485.25 feet to the POINT
OF BEGINNING.
Containing in all 5.97 acres .
WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivision,
known and referred to .as Landwehr Hills Subdivision, Section 14 ,
that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been
fully complied with by the owners of said subdivision, and that
in all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats
and subdivisions , have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The plat of Landwehr Hills Subdivision, Section
14, lying, being and situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached
hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to
certify the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.

FINAL PLATS
Re: Council Bills 85-125, . 85-126 and 85-127.
Monticello Acres, Section 2; Landwehr .Hills, Section 14; and
Landwehr Hills, , Section 15 are the three final plats scheduled
for Council action under the above referenced Council Bills . The
Planning and Zoning Commission has acted on each of these plats
and recommends that all be approved. Plat maps are attached.
