ORDINANCE NO. V
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
SCHEDULE J OF SECTION 18-401 OF THE CITY CODE BY PROHIBITING
PARKING ON A PORTION OF STADIUM BOULEVARD, HART STREET ,
SOUTHRIDGE DRIVE, AND VIETH DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Schedule J (a) , of Section 18 .401 of the City
Code is hereby amended by prohibiting parking as follows:
Stadium Boulevard, on the south aide thereof , between
Jackson and Leslie.
Hart Street, on the west side thereof, for a distance of 140
feet north of Industrial Drive.
Southridge Drive, on the south side thereof, from Rolling
Hills Road to the dead end east of Vieth Drive.
Vieth Drive, on the west side thereof from Southridge Drive
to Colonial Road.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
