AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERIC TO EXECUTE A QUIT CLAIM DEED TO CLEAR
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION ERRORS.
WHEREAS, the City of Jefferson contracted to purchase
certain property from the Estate of Doris M. Walz , and
WHEREAS, the deed executed was in error and conveyed
additional property,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute 2a "Quit Claim" deed to clear a property
description error in the Personal. Representatives ' Deed entered
into the 2nd day of April, 1955, by and between Don F. Walz and
Robert L. Walz , Personal Representatives of the Estate of Doris
M. Walz, Deceased, Grantor, and the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 2 . The "Quit Claim" deed shall convey a part of
Inlot No. 926 more particularly described as follows:
Beginning on the westerly line of said Inlot No. 926 at a
point 99 feet 4 1/2 inches northerly from the southwesterly
corner thereof; thence northerly along the westerly line of
said Inlot, 99 feet 4 1/2 inches , to the northwesterly
corner thereof; thence easterly along the northerly line, 10
feet; thence southerly parallel with the easterly line of
said Inl.ot, 99 feet 4 1/2 inches; thence westerly and
parallel with the southerly line of said Inlot , 10 feet, to
the point of beginning.
Section 3 . This Ordinance shall bh in full force and effect
from and after the date' of its passage and approval.
