AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING
SCHEDULE J OF SECTION 18-401 OF THE CITY CODE BY REPEALING
THE PARKING RESTRICTION ON A PORTION OF ATCHISON STREET AND
ADDING ANOTHER AREA OF ATCHISON STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Schedule J (a) , of Section 18-401 of the City
Code is hereby amended by repealing the parking restriction on
the south side of Atchison Street east of the east curb of
Madison Street and inserting in lieu thereof:
Atchison Street, on the south side for a distance of 70 feet
east of the east curb of Madison Street.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
