ORDINANCE NO. <<�
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 10503 PERTAINING TO VACATION OF ELM STREET BY
ALTERING THE EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 4 of original Ordinance No. 10503 is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect April
22, 1986. "
Section 2. All other aspects of the ordinance shall remain
as originally passed.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective from and
after the date of its passage and approval.
