AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING 10 .9 ACRES LOCATED ON BOTH SIDES
OF THE 3300 BLOCK OF WEST TRUMAN BOULEVARD FROM RA-1 (LOW
DENSITY, MULTI-FAMILY) TO RA-2 (MEDIUM DENSITY, MULTI-FAMILY) ,
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING
CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned
from RA-1 (low density, multi-family) to RA-2 (medium density,
multi-family) :
A tract of land in the east one-half of Section 4 ,
Township 44, Range 12, and being more particularly
described as follows :
Beginning at the point where the north line of
West Truman Boulevard intersects with the east line of
Section 4; thence N 040 07 ' 29" W, 125 feet; thence S
850 52' 31" W, 310 feet; thence S 040 07 ' 29" E, to a
point which is 150 feet north of the north line of West
Truman Boulevard; thence westerly along a line which is
150 feet from and parallel to said north line to the
easterly line of the tract described in Sec. 1.C. ( 3 ) of
Ordinance No. 10080; thence S 040 07 ' 29" E, to the
centerline of the North Branch of Wears Creek; thence
northeasterly along the creek centerline to the
easterly section line of Section 4; thence N 040 07'
29" W, along the Section line to the point of
beginning.

SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
