AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF LAGE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
WHEREAS, Paul A. Lage and Laverne E. Lage, owners of the
real estate hereinafter described, having submitted to the
Council a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson
City, County of Cole, Missouri, and more particularly described
as follows:
Part of Private Survey 2701, Township 44 North,
Range 11 West, in the City of Jefferson, County of
Cole, Missouri, being more particularly described as
follows :
From the Northwest Corner of Survey No. 2680,
thence S 800 45 ' 57" W, 2495. 17 feet, to the center of
Old St. Louis Road; thence N 40° 45 ' 00" W, 124 .30
feet; thence N 610 52' 00" W, 175 .09 feet to the
Southeast Corner of a tract of land as described in
Book 213, Page 443, Cole County Recorder's Office and
POINT OF BEGINNING of this description; thence along
the Southerly line of said tract along the following
courses and distances , N 610 52' 00" W, 176.71 feet;
thence N 700 38' 29" W, 243.35 feet, thence N 680 31'
55" W, 4 .00 feet to the Southeast Corner of a tract of
land as described in Book 235, Page 703, Cole County
Recorder's Office; thence N 210 28' 05" E, along the
Easterly line of said tract 200 .00 feet to the
Northeasterly Corner thereof; thence S 680 31 ' 55" E,
454 .43 feet to a point on the Westerly line of a tract
of land as described in Book 174 , Page 515, Cole County
Recorder's Office; thence S 300 00' 00" W, along the
Westerly line of said tract 70.22 feet to the
Southwesterly Corner thereof; thence S 600 00' 00" E,
along the Southerly line of said tract 150.00 feet to
the Southeasterly Corner thereof also being the
Northeasterly Corner of a tract of land as described in
Book 242, Page 324 , Cole County Recorder's Office;
thence S 300 00 ' 00" W, along the Easterly line of said
tract 118.51 feet to the Southeasterly Corner thereof;

thence alcncy the Southerly line of said tract along a
curve to the left having a radius of 1574 . 10 feet and a
length of 150.07 feet to the Southwesterly Corner
thereof; thence S 30° 00 ' 00" W, 27. 31 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing in all 2.40 acres .
WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owner of said subdivision,
known and referred to as Lage Subdivision, that all taxes have
been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter
445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been fully complied with by the
owner of said subdivision, and that in all respects the
requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions, have
been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The plat of Lage Subdivision, lying, being and
situated within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached hereto and made a
part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the
City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to
certify the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
