AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING
SCHEDULE J OF SECTION 18-401 OF THE CITY CODE BY PROHIBITING
PARKING ON A PORTION OF DELAWARE STREET AND A PORTION OF EAST
MCCARTY STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Schedule J (a) , of Section 18-401 of the City
Code is hereby amended by prohibiting parking as follows:
Delaware Street, on the east half thereof, from Missouri
Boulevard south to Wears Creek.
Delaware Street, on the west half thereof, for a distance of
70 feet south of the south curb of Missouri Boulevard.
McCarty Street,on the south half thereof, for a distance of
45 feet west of the extension of the west curb of Benton St.

Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
