ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING LOTS 22 , 23, 24 AND THAT PART OF
LOT 25 CURRENTLY IN THE PUD ZONING DISTRICT, ALL IN MONTICELLO
ACRES, SECTION ONE, FROM PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) TO RS-1
(SINGLE FAMILY) ; AND, . 65 ACRES IMMEDIATELY NORTH OF LOT 13,
MONTICELLO ACRES, SECTION ONE, FROM RS-1 (SINGLE FAMILY) TO
PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) .
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING
CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned
from PUD (Planned Unit Development ) to RS-1 ( Single Family) :
Lots 22, 23, 24 and that part of Lot 25 currently
in the PUD Zoning District, all in Monticello Acres ,
Section One.
AND,
The following described real estate is rezoned from RS-1
(Single Family) to PUD (Planned Unit Development ) :
. 65 acres immediately north of Lot 13, Monticello
Acres, Section One, more particularly described as
follows :
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 13 in
Monticello Acres , Section One, as recorded in Plat Book
11, Page 256, Cole County Recorder's Office; thence N
070 02 ' 59" E, 214 . 00 feet; thence S 76° 15 ' 24" E,
146 .40 feet; thence S 070 02 ' 59" W, 172. 56 feet ;
thence S 870 31 ' 59" W, 147 .43 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
