NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Architectural Review and Planning Board
of the Town of Gulf Stream will hold a Public Hearing on THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER
18, 2014 AT 8:30 A.M. in the Commission Chambers of the Town Hall, 100 Sea
Road, Gulf Stream, Florida, at which the following will be considered:
An application submitted by Mark Marsh of Bridges, Marsh & Associates
as agent for Mr. & Mrs. Jay Crompton, owners of property located at 3500
Polo Drive, Gulf Stream, Florida 33483, legally described as Lot 5, Block 3,
Plat No. 1, Polo Fields Subdivision for the following:
LEVEL 2 ARCHITECTURAL /SITE PLAN REVIEW to permit additions
to the existing two -story single family French Chateau
style dwelling, a total of 1,060 square feet. These additions
requested are extensions to the Northeast wing and the Southeast
wing, a utility room on the side of the garage, a small
breakfast area and a new Portico entry on the east elevation.
The Architectural Review and Planning Board shall make a final decision
regarding the subject application at the meeting noticed above. The meeting
may be adjourned from time to time and place to place as may be necessary to
hear all parties and evidence.
The complete application materials are on file in the Office of the Town
Clerk located at 100 Sea Road, Gulf Stream, Florida 33483, and may be
reviewed during regular business hours, which generally include non - holiday
weekdays from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
ALL PARTIES INTERESTED IN THESE MATTERS may appear before the
Architectural Review and Planning Board of the Town of Gulf Stream at the
time and place aforesaid and be heard.
SHOULD ANY INTERESTED PARTY SEEK TO APPEAL ANY DECISION MADE BY THE
ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW AND PLANNING BOARD WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTER
CONSIDERED AT THE PUBLIC HEARING, SAID PARTY WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE
PROCEEDINGS, AND FOR SUCH PURPOSE, MAY NEED TO INSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD
OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS MADE, WHICH RECORD INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE
UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO BE BASED. 286.0105, F.S.S.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Architectural Review and
Planning Board of the Town of Gulf Stream will hold a Public
Hearing on THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, 2014 AT 8:30 A.M., and the Town
Commission will hold a Public Hearing on FRIDAY, OCTOBER 10, 2014
AT 9:00 A.M. both in the Commission Chambers of the Town Hall, 100
Sea Road, Gulf Stream, Florida, at which the following will be
considered:
An application submitted by Richard Jones as agent for 3140
Polo LLC, owner of property located at 3140 Polo Drive, Gulf
Stream, Florida 33483, legally described as Lt 7 Gulfstream
Cove for the following:
1. DEMOLITION PERMIT to remove existing structures.
2. LAND CLEARING PERMIT to clear property for new
construction.
3. SPECIAL EXCEPTION #1 to permit the reduction of the rear
waterfront setback to 37'2" (Section 70- 75(j)(1).
4. SPECIAL EXCEPTION #2 to permit 99 sq. ft. of covered,
unenclosed area that exceeds the maximum floor area ratio
(Section 70- 72(b)(2).
5. LEVEL 3 ARCHITECTURAL SITE PLAN REVIEW to permit
construction of a 2 story single family Gulf Stream
Bermuda style dwelling with attached 2 car garage,
consisting of 4,540 square feet, and a swimming pool.
The Architectural Review and Planning Board shall make a
recommendation to the Town Commission, and the Town Commission
shall make a final decision regarding the subject application at
the meetings noticed above. These meetings may be adjourned from
time to time and place to place as may be necessary to hear all
parties and evidence.

33483, and may be reviewed during regular business hours, which
