ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERIC TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT
SUPPLEMENT AMENDING CONTRACT NO. DTFA09-85-L-10177 DATED APRIL 9,
1983, FOR THE MASTER SITE LEASE BETWEEN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AND THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, FEDERAL
AVIATION ADMINISTRATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a written contract supplement to amend the
Master Site Lease, Contract No. DFTA09-85-L-10177, between the
City of Jefferson, Missouri and the U.S. Department of
Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration.
Section 2. A copy of said supplemental contract is attached
hereto and made a part hereof as if fully incorporated herein.
Section 3 . This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
