AUTHORIZING THE EXTENSION OF THE 2020 CONTRACT
WITH ASSOCIATED HUMANE SOCIETY
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is in need of services with regard to animal control
within the Borough; and
WHEREAS, in 2020, the Borough entered into a contract with Associated Humane
Society; and
WHEREAS, in order to continue to insure that said services continue, it is in the best
interest of the Borough to extend the 2020 contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that the 2020 contract with Associated Humane Society be extended for an
additional one year renewal per bid specifications.
Adopted this 25th day of March, 2021
and certified as a true copy of the
original on March 26, 2021.
