ORDINANCE NO. / 05
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , CHANGING,
AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING 20.55 ACRES FROM RA-1 (LOW DENSITY
MULTI-FAMILY) TO PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) .
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING
CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned
from RA-1 (Low Density Multi-Family) to PUD (Planned Unit
Development ) :
qF Part of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 8, Township 44 N, Range 12 W, in the County of
Cole, Missouri, more particularly described as follows :
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the West Half of
the Southeast Quarter of said Section 8; thence N 06°
10' 44" W, along the East Line of the West Half of the
Southeast Quarter of said Section 8, 1414 . 18 feet to
the Southeast corner of a tract of land as described in
Book 206, Page 619, Cole County Recorder's office;
thence N 68° 59 ' 42" W, along the Southerly Line of
said tract, 196. 63 feet to the Easterly Line of South
Country Club Drive; thence southerly along the Easterly
Line of South Country Club Drive the following courses
and distances; S 210 11' 18" W, 184 .40 feet; thence S
23" 20 ' 18" W, 120 .50 feet; thence S 29° 49 ' 18" W,
110 .57 feet; thence S 34° 02 ' 3.8" W, 180 . 50 feet to the
Easterly Line of a tract of land as described in Book
161, Page 597, Cole County Recorder's Office; thence S
20° 07 ' 18" W, along the Easterly Line of said tract,
1099.83 feet to the Southerly Line of the West Half of
the Southeast Quarter of said Section 8; thence N 85°
06' 16" E, along said Southerly Line 988. 15 feet to the
point of beginning. Containing in all, 20. 55 acres .

from and after its passage and approval..
