ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING
SCHEDULE J OF SECTION 18-401 OF THE CITY CODE BY PROHIBITING
PARKING ON A PORTION OF SOUTHRIDGE DRIVE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Schedule J (a) , of Section 18-401 of the City
Code is hereby amended by deleting the no parking restriction on
the north side of Southridge Drive from Vieth Drive to Rolling
Hills road.
Section 2. Schedule M (j) , of Section 18-401 of the City
Code is hereby amended by prohibiting parking on the north side
of Southridge Drive from Vieth Drive to Rolling Hills road.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
