AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF GEORGETOWN, SECTION 1, A SUBDIVISION OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI .
WHEREAS, FMP Enterprises , Inc. , James L. Friend, President,
owner of the real estate hereinafter described, having submitted
to the Council a plat of said real estate, being located in
Jefferson City, County of Cole, Missouri, and more particularly
described as follows :
Part of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 8, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the
City of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri, being more
particularly described as follows :
FROM the Southeast Corner of the West Half of the
Southeast Quarter of said Section 8; thence N 060 1.0'
44" W, along the East Line of the West Half of the
Southeast Quarter of said Section 8, 821. 33 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING of this description; thence
continuing along said East Line N 060 10 ' 44" W, 592 .85
feet, to the Southeasterly Corner of a tract described
in Book 206, Page 619, Cole County Recorder's Office;
thence N 680 59 ' 42" W, along the Southerly Line of
said tract, 185 .07 feet, to the Easterly Line of
Country Club Drive; thence Southerly along the Easterly
Line of said Country Club Drive, on the following
courses and distances : S 200 12 ' 19" W, 204 .08 feet;
thence along a curve to the right having a radius of
1122.36 feet with an arc length of 302 . 58 feet, and a
chord bearing of S 270 55 ' 43" W, with a chord distance
of 301.67 feet; thence leaving the Easterly Line of
said Country Club Drive, S 590 42 ' 18" E, 382 .50 feet;
thence S 870 42 ' 18" E, 118. 19 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
Containing in all 4 .06 acres .
WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owner of said subdivision,
known and referred to as Georgetown, Section 1, that all taxes
have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of
Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been fully complied with

by the owner of said subdivision, and that in all respects the
requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivision, have been
complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The plat of Georgetown, Section 1, lying, being
and situated within the corporate limits of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached hereto
and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to
certify the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of
Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
