AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF FOREST GATE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 2, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI .
WHEREAS, Ken Vaughan Construction Company, Inc. , Kenneth
Vaughan, President, owner of the real estate hereinafter
described, having submitted to the Council a plat of said real
estate, being located in Jefferson City, County of Cole,
Missouri, and more particularly described as follows :
Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
of Section 33, Township 45 North, Range 12 West, and
part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
of Section 3, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the
City of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri, being more
particularly described as follows:
From the Northwest Corner of the Northwest Quarter of
the Northwest Quarter of said Section 3; thence N 84°
23 ' 05" E, along the Township Line 305. 99 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING: thence N 310 16 ' 51" E, 496 . 37
feet; thence N 390 41' 03" E, 396.58 feet to a point on
the North Line of the South Half of the Southeast
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 33;
thence along said North Line N 85' 01 ' 11" E, 128. 14
feet to the Northwest Corner of Lot 18 in Forest Gate
Subdivision, Section 1, per plat of record, as recorded
in Plat Book 11, Page 209 , Cole County Recorder's
Office; thence along the boundary line of said Forest
Gate Subdivision, Section 1, along the following
courses and distances S 330 57 ' 54" E, 436. 96 feet;
thence S 57° 27 ' 55" W, 60. 94 feet; thence S 320 32 '
05" E, 90.00 feet; thence S 570 27 ' 55" W, 456 .03 feet;
thence N 36° 20 ' 09" W, 46. 68 feet; thence S 33° 30 '
58" W, 224 .03 feet; thence S 270 02 ' 15" W, 60 .42 feet;
thence S 34 ° 54 ' 48" W, 141. 29 feet; thence N 68° 40 '
31" W, 121. 19 feet; thence N 530 51 ' 55" W, 195 .00
feet; thence N 14° 23 ' 05" E, 140 .00 feet to the POINT
OF BEGINNING.
Containing in all 10 .46 acres .

WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owner of said subdivision,
known and referred to as Forest Gate Subdivision, Section 2, that
all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been
fully complied with by the owner of said subdivision, and that in
all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats
and subdivision, have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The plat of Forest Gate Subdivision, Section 2,
lying, being and situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached hereto
and made a part of this ordinance., is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to
certify the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of
Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
