ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF FOXBORO SUBDIVISION, SECTION 1, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
WHEREAS, Ken Vaughan Construction Company, Inc. , Kenneth
Vaughan, President, owner of the real estate hereinafter
described, having submitted to the Council a plat of said real
estate, being located in Jefferson City, County of Cole,
Missouri, and more particularly described as follows :
Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
and part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter all in Section 8, Township 44 North, Range 12
West, in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole,
Missouri, being more particularly described as follows :
BEGINNING at the Southeast Corner of the Southeast
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 8;
thence S 850 06 ' 16" W, along the Section Line 765 .04
feet; thence N 04 ° 53 ' 44" W, 205. 32 feet; thence N 50°

Northerly on a curve to the right having a radius of

Contains in all 20.90 acres .
WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owner of said subdivision,
known and referred to as Foxboro Subdivision, Section 1, that all
AOL taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements
of Chapter 445 , RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been fully complied
with by the owner of said subdivision, and that in all respects
the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivision,
have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The plat of Foxboro Subdivision, Section 1,
lying, being and situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached hereto
and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2 . The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to
certify the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of
Jefferson.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval..
