AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 10600 BY CORRECTING THE TOTAL FRONT FOOTAGE FOR
ASSESSMENT ON THE WEST MAIN STREET SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 10600, .which levies
and assesses special tax bills against lots or tracts of land
fronting and abutting on West Main Street for the improvement of
installing sidewalks, is hereby amended to correct the aggregate
front footage from 2,770.32 front feet to 2,520.32 front feet.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
