ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING
SCHEDULE N OF SECTION 18-401 OF THE CITY CODE BY DELETING CERTAIN
120 and 60 MINUTE PARKING METER SPACES IN THE AREA NEAR THE
JEFFERSON BUILDING AND ADDING 10 HOUR PARKING METER SPACES IN THE
SAME AREA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Schedule N (a) of Section 18-401 of the City
Code, relating 'to 120 minute parking meter zones , is hereby
amended by deleting the following:
Jefferson_ Street , four spaces on the west side, north of the
north curb of Capitol Avenue.
Jefferson Street, two spaces on the east side, north of the
north curb of Capitol Avenue.
Section 2. Schedule N (b) of Section 18-401 of the City
Code, relating to 60 minute parking meter zones, is hereby
amended by deleting the following:
City Parking Lot, ten spaces on the west side of Lot #1,
located in the two hundred block of Jefferson Street.
Section 3. Schedule N (b) of Section 18-401 of the City
Code is further amended by the addition of the following:
City Parking Lot , eight spaces starting two spaces south of
the alley and extending south along the west side of Lot #1,
located in the two hundred block of Jefferson Street.
Section 4 . Schedule N (c ) of Section 18-401 of the City
Code, relating to 10 hour parking meter zones, is hereby amended
by the deletion of the following:
Jefferson Street, both sides of the one hundred block
thereof, extending south from the alley to Capitol Avenue, except
for the last two spaces on the east side and the last four spaces
on the west side north of the north curb of Capitol Avenue.
Section 5. Schedule N (c) of Section 18-401 of the City Code
is further amended by the addition of the following:
City Parking Lot, two spaces starting at the alley and
® extending south along the west side of Lot #1, located in the two
hundred block of Jefferson Street.

Jefferson Street, both sides of the one hundred block
thereof, extending south from the alley to Capitol Avenue.
Section f,. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
