ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF MONTICELLO ACRES, SECTION 3, A SUBDIVISION
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI .
WHEREAS, Elmer Goldammer and Lorene B. Goldammer, owners of
the real estate hereinafter described, having submitted to the
Council a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson
City, County of Cole, Missouri, and more particularly described
as follows :
Part of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 3, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the
City of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri, and being
more particularly described as follows :
From the Southeast corner of the West Half of the
Southwest Quarter of said Section 3; thence N 030 52 '
04" W, along the East Line of Monticello Acres , Section
Two, per plat of record in Plat Book 11, Page 263 , Cole
County Recorder's Office, 902 .89 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING of this description; thence N 760 15' 2410 W,
along the North Line of said Monticello Acres , Section
Two, and the Westerly Extension thereof, 609 .77 feet;
thence N 070 02 ' 59" E, 100 .00 feet; thence N 46° 33 '
33" E, 375. 00 feet; thence N 79° 34 ' 16" E, 275.00 feet
to the Quarter Quarter Section Line; thence S 03° 52 '
04" E, along the Quarter Quarter Section Line, 553 .00
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing in all, 4 .91 acres.
WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivision,
known and referred to as Monticello Acres , Section 3, that all
taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements
of Chapter 445 , RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been fully complied
with by the owners of said subdivision, and that in all respects
the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions,
have been complied with.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . The plat of Monticello Acres, Section 3, lying,
being and situated within the corporate limits of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached hereto
and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to
certify the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of
Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
