AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING A
SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED FUND BALANCE
OF THE PARKING FUND.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the
unappropriated Parking Fund balance the following:
Account No. Amount Purpose
62-62-403 $300, 000 Lease/Lease Back Agree-
ment with Capital West
Redevelopment Corp.
TOTAL APPROPRIATION $300, 000
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
