ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF GREEN AND LALE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 8, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
WHEREAS, Robert C. Lale and Beverly S. Lale and Jerry J.
Green and Melody M. Green, owners of the real estate hereinafter
described, having submitted to the City Council a plat of said
real estate, being located in Jefferson City, County of Cole,
Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 11, Township
44 North, Range 12 West, in the City of Jefferson,
Coun-;y of Cole, Missouri; and being more particularly
described as follows:
From the Northwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of
said Section 11; thence S 060 34 ' 09" E along the
Quarter Section Line, 620 .06 feet to the approximate
center of an existing creek (Wears Creak) , the point of
beginning for this description; thence leaving the said
Quarter Section Line and Easterly along the approximate
center of said Wears Creek the following courses : N
570 29 ' 33" E, 122.40 f.ee�; N 83° 26 ' 14" E, 113. 75
feet; S 730 32 ' 24" E, 91.76 feet; S 28° 43 ' 34" E,

center of the said Wears Creek on a bearing of S 630

Recorder's Office; thence Southerly along the Westerly
Line of said "Primrose Valley Estates , Section 3" , and
Southerly along the Westerly Line of "Primrose Valley

11, Page 20, Cole County Recorder's Office the

County Recorder 's Office; thence leaving the said
Westerly Line of said "Primrose Valley Estates , Section
1" on a bearing of S 640 27 ' 01" W along the Northerly

corner of said Lot 4, said Northwest corner also being
on the East Line of "Green and Lale Subdivision,
Section 4" as per plat of record in Plat Book 11, Page
189, Cole County Recorder's Office; thence along the
East, North, and West Lines of said "Green and. Late
Subdivision, Section 4" , the following courses : N 27°

270 00 ' 01" E, 165.00 feet to the Southwest corner of
said "Green and Lale Subdivision, Section 4 " , said
corner also being the Northeast corner of "Green and
Lale Subdivision, Section 3" as per plat of record in
Plat Book 11, Page 168, Cole County Recorder's Office;
thence along the North Line of said "Green and Lale
Subdivision, Section 3" the following courses : S 620

62° 59 ' 59" W, 185.00 feet to the Northwest corner of
said "Green and Lale Subdivision, Section 3" said
Northwest corner also being on the East Line of "Green
and Lale Subdivision, Section 7" as per plat of record
in Plat Book 11, Page 249, Cole County Recorder's
Office; thence N 270 00 ' 01" W along the East Line of
said "Green and Lale Subdivison, Section 7" , 240 .00
feet to the Northeast corner thereof; thence Westerly
along the North Line of said "Green and Lale
Subdivision, Section 7" the following courses: S 620
59 ' 59" W, 185 .00 feet; S 27° 00 ' 01" E, 33. 75 feet; S
620 59 ' 59" W, 106.91 feet; S 810 57 ' 37" W, 189.67
feet to the Northwest corner of said "Green and Lale
Subdivision, Section 7" said Northwest corner also
being on the aforementioned Quarter Section Line;
thence leaving the said North Line of "Green and Late
Subdivision, Section 7" on a bearing of N 060 34 ' 09" W
and along the Quarter Section Line, 1119.85 feet to the
point of beginning. Containing in all 29.946 acres .

WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivision,
known and referred to as Green and Lale Subdi•k-rision, Section 8,
that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445 , RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been
fully complied with by the owners of said subdivision, and that
in all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats
and subdivisions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The plat of Green and Lale Subdivision, Section
8, lying, being and situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached
hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Am SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to
certify the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of
Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.

SECTION 8
This is the last section of the Green and Lale Subdivision.
It has been reviewed by both the Departments of Planning and Code
Enforcement and Public Works . At its meeting of June 12, 1986,
the Planning and Zoning Commission, by unanimous vote,
recommended that this plat be approved.
