AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF WILLIAMSBURG WAY CONDOMINIUM, PLAT ONE, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI .
WHEREAS, Elmer Goldammer and Lorene B. Goldammer, owners of
the real estate hereinafter described, having submitted to the
City Council a plat of said real estate, being located in
Jefferson City, County of Cole, Missouri, and more particularly
described as follows:
Part of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 3, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, and part
of Lot 43 in Monticello Acres, Section Two, per plat of
record as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 263, Cole
County Recorder' s Office, and part of Lot 21 in
Monticello Acres, Section One, per plat of record as
recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 256, Cole County
Recorder's Office, being more particularly described as
follows :
From the Southwest corner of said Section 3; thence
northerly along the Section Line, N 030 57 ' 10" W,
1100 .01 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 23 in said
Monticello Acres, Section One, and POINT OF BEGINNING
of this description; thence continuing along the
Section Line, N 030 57' 10" Wr 190.00 feet; thence
leaving said Section Line S 840 24 ' 12" E, 645 .54 feet
to a point on the boundary line of said Lot 21 in
Monticello Acres, Section One; thence S 74° 44 ' 50" E
along the boundary line of said Lot 21, 202 .50 feet;
thence leaving the boundary line of said Lot: 21 S 76°
15' 24" E, 179 .42 feet to a point on the northerly line
of said Lot 43 in Monticello Acres, Section Two; thence
S 070 02 ' 59" W, 174 . 18 feet to a point on the
southerly line of said Lot 43; thence N 730 29 ' 22" W,
along the southerly line of said Lot 43 , 33. 25 feet to
the northeast corner of Lot 13 in said Monticello
Acres, Section One; thence S 870 31 ' 59" W, along the
northerly line of said Lot 13, 147 .43 feet to the
northwest corner thereof and also being a point on the
southern boundary of said Lot 21 in Monticello Acres ,
Section One; thence along the boundary line of said Lot
21 along the following courses : S 57° 071 15" W,
387 .35 feet; thence N 350 26 ' 29" W, 259 .46 feet;

thence S 44° 17 ' 03" W, 180.00 feet; thence along a
curve to the left having a radius of 238.86 feet, an
arc length of 50.00 feet; thence N 32° 17 ' 25" E,
180.00 feet; thence N 71* 45 ' 21" W, 267.46 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING.
Contains in all 6.91 acres.
WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivision,
known and referred to as Williamsburg Way Condominium, Plat One,
that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been
fully complied with by the owners of said subdivision, and that
in all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats
and subdivisions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF' THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The plat of Williamsburg Way Condominium, Plat
One, lying, being and situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached
hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2 . The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to endorse acceptance of said plat hereon, and to
certify the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of
Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval..

PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MINUTES
July 10, 1986
4) Request submitted by Central Missouri Professional
Services, on behalf of Elmer F. and Lorene B.
Goldammer, for approval of an easement and right-
of-way plat for Lot 21 of Monticello Acres ,
Section Z.
Mr. Louis Vetter, Central Missouri Professional Services ,
explained to the Commission this plat is submitted in order to
complete the dedication of easements and rights-of-way and to
correctly plat Lot 21 .
Mr. Finch moved and Mr. Bates seconded to approve the
request. The motion passed unanimously.
