AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING
SCHEDULE S, SUBSECTION (C) (PASSENGER LOADING ZONE) OF SECTION
18-401 OF THE CITY CODE BY DELETING A PORTION OF MILLER STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Schedule S (c) (Passenger Loading Zone) , of
Section 18-401 of the City Code is hereby amended by deleting the
following:
Miller Street, on the south side thereof, between Madison
Street and Monroe Street, from 7: 30 A.M. to 8: 30 A.M., and
from 2: 30 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.
Section 2. Schedule S (c) , of Section 18-401 of the City
Code is hereby amended by adding the following:
Miller Street, on the south side thereof, a thirty-six
foot zone, extending one hundred feet west of the west curb
of Monroe Street to a point one hundred thirty six feet
west of the west curb of Monroe Street, from 7: 30 A.M. to
8: 30 A.M., and from 2: 30 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
