AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
SCHEDULE G OF SECTION 18-401 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY ESTABLISHING STOP INTERSECTIONS WHERE
HOBBS LANE, OAK VALLEY, AND CONSTITUTION DRIVE INTERSECT COUNTRY
CLUB DRIVE, AND PROVIDING FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A TRAFFIC
CIRCLE ON COUNTRY CLUB DRIVE.
BE IT ENAC'T'ED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Schedule G (b) , of Section 18-401 of the Code of
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by
establishing stop intersections as follows:
Country Club Drive before entering the "T" intersection with
Hobbs Lane (both ends) .
Country Club Drive before entering the "T" intersection with
Oak Valley.
Country Club Drive before entering the "T" intersection with
Constitution Drive.
Constitution Drive before entering Country Club Drive.
Section 2 . A traffic circle shall be installed between the
most westerly intersection of Hobbs Lane at Country Club and the
commercial district immediately to the west. This traffic circle
shall be similar in nature to Exhibit A. The installation of the
traffic circle is contingent upon private funding.
Upon completion of the traffic circle, the stop intersection
at the most western entrance to Hobbs Lane will be eliminated.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
