ORDINANCE NO. A)
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
SCHEDULE D OF SECTION 18-401 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY DELETING A PORTION OF COUNTRY CLUB DRIVE
FROM THOSE ROADWAYS DESIGNATED AS ONE-WAY ROADWAYS, PROVIDING FOR
THE DESIGNATION OF THAT ROADWAY FOR TWO-WAY TRAFFIC, AND
REPEALING ORDINANCE 10131 IN ITS ENTIRETY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Schedule D of Section 18-401 of the Code of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by deleting the
following roadway from the list of One-Way Roadways:
"Country Club Drive, from a point 240 feet west of the
center of its westernmost intersection with Hobbs Lane for a
distance 200 feet west, in a westerly direction. "
Section 2 . All of Country Club Drive between Truman
Boulevard ( formerly North Ten Mile Drive) and Missouri Highway
179 shall be open to two-way traffic.
Section 3 . Ordinance 10131, which provided for the
designation of the segment of Country Club Drive set out in
Section 1 as a one-way road and for the possible closure of
Country Club Drive at a point 186 feet west of the center of its
westernmost intersection with Hobbs Lane, is hereby repealed in
its entirety.
Section 4 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
