AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING
SCHEDULE J OF SECTION 18-401 OF THE CITY CODE BY DELETING AND
AMENDING PARKING ON PORTIONS OF MYRTLE AVENUE, SWIFTS HIGHWAY AND
VIRGINIA STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Schedule J (a) , of Section 18-401 of the City
Code is hereby am ended by deleting the following:
Swifts Highway, on the south side thereof, for a distance of
7878 feet east of the east curb of Myrtle Street.
Swifts Highway, on the south side thereof, for a distance of
433 feet west of the west curb of Carter Street.
Swifts Highway, on the south side thereof, between Jefferson
Street and Myrtle Avenue.
,Section 2. Schedule J (a) , of Section 18-401 of the City
Code is here amended by adding the following:
Mxrtle Avenue, on the east side thereof, for a distance of
122 feet south of the south curb of Swifts Highway.
Swifts Highwy on the south side thereof, for a distance of
117 feet east of the east curb of Myrtle Avenue.
Swifts Highway, on the south side thereof, for a distance of
300 feet west of the west curb of Carter Street.
Swifts Highway, on the south half between Jefferson Street
Tr-,d Street.
Virginia Street, on the east side thereof, south of Missouri
Boulevard.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
