AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. Schedule A (c) (45 MPH) of Section 18-401 of the
f.,`. City Code is hereby amended by deleting the following:

' point one-fourth mile south of the city limits (north side of
' Missouri Pacific Railroad right-of-way) .
Section 2. Schedule A (c) ( 45 MPH) of Section 18-401 of the
City Code is further amended by adding the following:

Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its
