AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
SCHEDULE E, WEIGHT LIMITS ON BRIDGES, OF SECTION 18-401 OF THE
CITY CODE BY ADDING BOONVILLE ROAD, EDGEWOOD, OHIO STREET AND
WASHINGTON STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Schedule E of Section 18-401 of the City Code is
hereby amended by adding the following.
(1) A total weight of 16, 000 pounds, across the bridge
located on Edgewood east of Stadium over a branch of
Wears Creek.
(2) A total weight of 20,000 pounds, across the bridge
located on Washington Street over the East Branch of
Wear; Creek.
(3) A total weight of 24, 000 pounds, across the bridge
located on Boonville Road over Gray's Creek.
(4) A total weight of 30,000 pounds, across the bridge
located on Ohio Street over Main Branch of Wears Creek.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
