AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
SCHEDULE M (PARKING PROHIBITED AT CERTAIN TIMES ) OF SECTION 18-
401 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON BY ADDING A PORTION OF
CLARK AVENUE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Schedule M of Section 18--401 of the Code of the
City of Jefferson is hereby amended by adding a new subsection
(o) to read as follows:
(o) Between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. , and from
3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. , Monday through Friday inclusive:
Clark Avenue, on the east half for a distance of 135 feet
between a point 225 and 360 feet south of the south curb of East
McCarty Street.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
