AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, NAMING A PART OF
THE SOUTH OUTER ROADWAY OF U. S. HIGHWAY 50 WEST HORNER ROAD.
WHEREAS, that part of the south outer roadway of U. S. Highway 50
West from South Country Club Drive to the City's west corporate
limits has not been officially named by the City of Jefferson;
and,
WHEREAS, said part of the outer roadway is not a direct extension
of an officially named street,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The south outer roadway of U. S. Highway 50 West
from South Country Club Drive to the west corporate limits of the
City of Jefferson is hereby named Horner Road.
SECTION 2. Upon the passage and approval of this Ordinance,
the City Clerk shall file a certified copy thereof with the
Recorder of Deeds of Cole County, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and affect
from and after its passage and approval.

from South Country Club Drive to the west gorporate limits of the
City of Jefferson is hereby named Horner Road.
SECTION 2. Upon the passage and approval of this Ordinance,
the City Clerk shall file a certified copy thereof with the

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
