ORDINANCE: NO. 10961
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT FUND FOR A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROJECT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the Community
Development Block Grant Fund $300,000.00 for Account No. 34-99-
510AD, Street Systems.
Section 2. There is hereby appropriated from the Community
Development Block Grant Fund $260,000.00 for Account No. 34-99-
510AE, Street Accessories.
Section 3. There is hereby appropriated from the Community
Development Block Grant Fund $25,000.00 for Account No. 34-99-
510AF, Other Utilities.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
